Blythe’s incomparable design-build process is the foundation for efficient and cost-effective plumbing, piping, and HVAC systems. The Blythe engineering team works closely with our customers and other members of the design team to ensure that our solutions best fit customer desires and requirements.

Architects, design consultants, and other trades rely on our abilities to assist them in reaching a project’s successful completion despite financial and schedule challenges; and also depend on Blythe for timely information during the design process.

Our engineering department is directed by the president of our company, David Morse III, who has both a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Business Administration and is a Professional Engineer registered with the states of Washington and Alaska.

Eric Lenaburg is also a Professional Engineer registered in Alaska and Washington and has extensive experience designing commercial and industrial projects. Talented CAD technicians and other staff support the engineers and complete the engineering team at Blythe. Blythe has completed projects that have received LEED Gold Certification and has several LEED Accredited Professionals on staff.
