Blythe has provided mechanical service and maintenance since its founding in 1904 to industrial, commercial and residential customers. This service has evolved from basic plumbing and piping service to problem solving and troubleshooting of sophisticated state-of-the-art HVAC, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, piping and hydronic systems.
With repair vans fully stocked with service materials and equipped with a wide range of tools, Blythe’s expert service technicians can make most repairs promptly at the point of service. This saves the customer downtime and also saves the added costs of special orders and trip time to purchase materials from a vendor and return to the point of service.
In addition, Blythe carries more than 4,000 discrete parts in inventory in support of the service technicians. This inventory provides Blythe’s technician’s with the ability to complete repairs without relying on vendors who may be out of stock or not open for business when the repair is needed.
Blythe offers a preventive maintenance and service program for all mechanical equipment and systems sold by our company, and also for virtually all mechanical systems in our customers’ facilities. We believe that maintaining and servicing HVAC, commercial refrigeration, and other mechanical systems saves energy costs and reduces the potential for expensive repairs.
Preventive maintenance contracts are tailored to the needs of each facility and owner. We perform a thorough check on HVAC equipment, in addition to changing filters. The frequency of service averages two times per year but varies with client needs. Many commercial and industrial clients recognize the value our experienced technicians provide and utilize our preventive maintenance program for all of their service work.
