Blythe was awarded the design build contract for the approximately 110,000 square foot, 4 story 156 room hotel, and 38,500 square foot parking garage in Bellingham. Plumbing for the facility included installation of piping systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, rain leader, natural gas and condensate piping. Other systems included plumbing for a commercial kitchen, health spa, swimming pool, and a gas fired hot water generation system for the hotel.

For the parking garage, overhead plumbing systems were carefully coordinated to maximize clearances above vehicles. The below stab sanitary drainage system consisted of traffic rated drains routed to an oil water separator.
