As General Manager, David combines his background in mechanical engineering with his passion for excellent customer service to provide a high quality and efficient project experience for every client. His forward looking leadership prepares Blythe to adapt quickly to the evolving technology that is fundamental to the current construction industry.

As Lead of Business Development, Jim undertakes to promote Blythe’s services to the construction industry. He fosters relationships with new and existing clients to leverage Blythe’s expertise to help them meet the challenges of the projects they are undertaking.

Ron Shoemaker brings more than 36 years of industry experience to our team. He has worked as a commercial plumbing and piping journeyman, foreman, and general foreman for 21 years, and has been in estimating and project management for the last 15 years. Ron also has over 19 years of design build and design assist experience.

As the CFO , Crystal oversees the financial operations of the organization, as well as all other administrative departments of Blythe. She has over 30 years of accounting experience, many of them in the construction industry.
